Weight limit is related to char strength:
Base Transportable weight = 100 - power(abs( strength - 20 ) ,1.3) Kg

A character will be able to pick items until the Base Transportable Weight Limit is reached.

A character that for any reason is overloaded gets a malus when traveling:
- 10% of the time for each 5 Kg in excess, when moving by land
- 10% of the time for each 10 Kg in excess, when moving by sea
